"Insurance: Are You Sure Your Student-Athletes Are Really Covered?"

The rising costs of health care have significant impact on student-athletes, their families, athletic departments and institutions as a whole. Learn about changes and trends in the insurance industry, and the different strategies that can be implemented to mitigate risk. Individual vs group policies, HMO's vs PPO's, primary and secondary policies, basic coverage and catastrophic plans will be reviewed.

"Cost - Containment Strategies While Improving Athletic Health Care"

With many athletics departments facing budget constraints, this workshop will discuss athletic training standards and examine different strategies to ensure quality of care for your student-athletes.
