 The coaching staff at each NAIA institution, including all paid and voluntary head, associate, assistant and graduate assistant coaches, and new hires, must complete the character-driven coaches’ online training by July 15, 2010. |

| Selected annually at the end of each sport season, all NAIA teams are eligible for this honor. Teams are nominated by their institution and winners are selected based upon their documented display of exemplary character and sportsmanship on the field, on campus and in the community. |
