First Round (Seeds 9-24) - Tuesday, May 12
Second Round (Day 1 Winners vs. Seeds 1-8) - Wednesday, May 13
Quarterfinals - Thursday, May 14
Semifinals - Friday, May 15

FORMAT (Men & Women): 

Seeded, 24-team, single elimination, dual match tournament. Bracketing will be released on May 9 by 5 p.m. The first round will consist of matches between seeds 9-24, seeds 1-8 receive byes.

QUALIFICATION: 

There are 14-15 automatic berths for conference/unaffiliated groupings for the men (Lewis-Clark State, College of Idaho and Alberta will qualify only if the highest rated team is in the final top 25 rating).  There will be 15 automatic berths for the women.   Other entries will remain to be filled by At-Large selections.  At-Large selection will be based solely on team ratings in the final Top 25 poll which will take place on May 3rd.

* Host berths may be awarded for 1 Men’s team (Spring Hill or University of Mobile) and 1 Women’s team (Spring Hill or University of Mobile), provided they have a .500 record or better.

TEAM ARRIVAL: 

Teams should arrive in Mobile, Alabama on Sunday, May 10.

BANQUET: 

6:30 p.m., Monday, May 11 (USS Alabama at Battleship Park)
