Facility Requirements: |
Minimum of 4 championship game fields must be provided with 2-4 auxiliary fields within close proximity. Fields must have skinned infields with outfield fencing measuring 200 feet down the lines and 225 in centerfield. Covered dugouts must be provided as well as a press box. Spectator seating must be provided for a minimum of 1000 people.

Hotel Requirements: |
Centralized property capable of accommodating several meetings and a banquet for 500-600 people. |
Room Rate: |
The price range is $70 - $90, regardless of room occupancy. |
Hotel Pre-Registration: |
Participants will be responsible for making reservations and paying for rooms directly with the hotel. |
