Facility Requirements: |
The gymnasium shall include all facilities and equipment necessary for volleyball, including standards and nets for a minimum of 4 courts, (3 courts will be considered) adequate spectator seating, lights, electronic scoreboards, press box area, concession stands, rest rooms, meeting rooms, box office, parking lots, sound systems, signs, etc. A minimum of two practice courts in the main facility or easily accessible to schedule team warm-ups and practice sessions before and during the event. |
Hotel Requirements: |
Centralized property(s) capable of accommodating several meetings and a banquet for 600-650 people.

Room Rate: |
The price range is $70 - $90, no matter room occupancy. |
Hotel Pre-Registration: |
Participants will be responsible for making reservations and paying for rooms directly with the hotel. |
