    NAIA Women's Golf National Championships

    Monday-Friday (Monday being Practice Round)

       

    Number of Teams:

    24 teams (5 golfers per team) and nine individuals, maximum 129 golfers.  All participants play all four championship rounds (no cut).

    Of Participants & Fans:

    180-200 people per day

       

    Facility Requirements:

    A well-kept course that can withstand one practice round and four (4) days (72 holes of play) of competition with no cut.  Preferably is a Par 72 and 5,800 yards minimum; Municipal Course or Private Course; Golf carts provided to coaches only (and possibly some parents with medical hardships and doctors letters).

       

    Hotel Requirements:

    One headquarters hotel within 15 minutes of the golfcourse that has comfortable rooms, meeting rooms, and a banquet hall for a dinner for approximately 250 people.  Overflow/alternate housing (1-2 hotels) for fans is also requested.

    6-8 nights

    Room Rate:

    The price range is $70 - $90, no matter room occupancy.
