Eligibility

Pursuant to NAIA Bylaws Article V, Section B, Item 2 all students must be certified eligible prior to representing an institution in intercollegiate athletics.

To be eligible, the filing institution must complete and submit the following:

Certificate of Clearance	Word | PDF

Transfer Player Eligibility Statement   (when applicable)	Word | PDF
Entering Freshman Eligibility Certificate   (when applicable)	Word | PDF
