OLATHE, Kan. - Lewis-Clark State (Idaho) held on to its No. 1 ranking with 20 first-place votes, holding off Oklahoma City who grabbed the other two first-place considerations and Azusa Pacific (Calif.), who moved up two spots to No. 3.

 

Trevecca Nazarene (Tenn.) remains in fourth this week, while Auburn Montgomery (Ala.) moved up to No. 5 from No. 8 in the latest Top 25 poll.

 

Six previously unranked teams moved into the poll, led by Avila (Mo.) at No. 16 and Spring Arbor (Mich.) at No. 20. William Penn (Iowa), Ohio Dominican, Union (Ky.) and Belhaven (Miss.) also jumped in this week.

Due to a ballot calculating error, Ohio Dominican and Union (Ky.) were originally tied in the 23rd spot in this week's rating. Due to tie-breaking procedures, Ohio Dominican was awarded one additional point and the 23rd spot in the rating. Upon further review, Union (Ky.) was shorted one point in the rating, and should have held sole possession of the No. 23 rating with 125 points.
