May 9, 2007

OLATHE, Kan. - Lewis-Clark State (Idaho) earned 19 of 20 first-place votes to stay No. 1 in the final NAIA Baseball Top 25 Coaches Poll of the 2007 season, staying ahead of Azusa Pacific (Calif.), Oklahoma City, Auburn Montgomery (Ala.) and Spring Arbor (Mich.) in an unchanged top five to the poll.

St. Thomas (Fla.) remained steady at No. 6 followed by Tennessee Wesleyan at No. 7, while Bellevue (Neb.) made a two-position jump to No. 8 and Belhaven (Miss.) held its ground at No. 9. Embry-Riddle (Fla.) rounds out this week's Top 10 by moving up one spot, and Trevecca Nazarene (Tenn.) fell out of the Top 10, moving to No. 12 from No. 8.

Three additional unranked teams joined the Top 25, headed by LSU-Shreveport at No. 21, followed by No. 23 Lindenwood (Mo.) and No. 25 Campbellsville (Ky.).
