KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The two-time defending NAIA Champion, Lewis-Clark State (Idaho) is once again the favorite in the 2007-08 NAIA Preseason Baseball Top 25 poll.  The Warriors are the unanimous choice as they received all 22 first place votes and 550 total points.

Lewis-Clark State posted an overall record of 58-5 last season and has won an impressive 15 NAIA National Championships.  The Warriors will open the 2008 season on Feb. 15th at home.

Azusa Pacific (Calif.) compiled 500 total points for the second spot on the poll while the 2007 National Championship runner-up, Spring Arbor (Mich.) received 468 total points at No. 3.  No. 4 Bellevue (Neb.) and No. 5 Lee (Tenn.) earned 455 and 447 total points respectively to round out the top five.

The first regular season poll will be released on Wednesday, February 27.
