PORTLAND, Ore. -- Warner Pacific's (Ore.) Scott O'Gallagher surpassed the 2,000 career point mark tonight (March 1) in the Knights semifinal victory over the nationally ranked #5 Eastern Oregon University in which O'Gallagher added 20 points to his total bringing him to 2,015 career points.

In just three seasons as a Knight, O'Gallagher has put together a tremendous career.  He has led the Cascade Conference in scoring the past two seasons, currently scoring 23.5 points per game.

As a junior, he was selected as the Conference Player of the Year and as an NAIA First Team All-American.  In addition, he was selected as the Oregon Small College Athlete of the Year, a very distinct and prestigious honor.

A deadly free throw shooter, O'Gallagher now holds three all-time free throw records at WPC. He has made the most free throws in a career with 638, the most free throws in a season with 288, and the most consecutive free throws made, putting together a streak of 39 in a row in games.

He is also on the top ten all-time list in three other categories.  He currently ranks as the #3 all-time scorer, 8th all-time in assists (341), and 8th all-time in steals (137).  In the three seasons as a Knights O'Gallagher has made 632-of-1220 field goals attempted, a 51.8% mark.
