KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Finishing the regular season at a perfect 30-0, Georgetown (Ky.) stands alone as No. 1 in the final regular season edition of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Division I Men's Basketball Top 25 Coaches' Poll, announced today (March 5). The Tigers earned 330 points and all 11-first place votes in snatching the No. 1 spot for the third straight week. GC has a first-round bye in the Mid-South Conference Tournament and will play on March 9.

No. 2 Lee (Tenn.) ends the regular season slate on an eight-game winning streak and enters the Southern State Athletic Conference Tournament as the No. 1 seed. On the strength of a 12-game winning streak, No. 3 Lambuth (Tenn.) holds for the second straight week. The No. 4 and No. 5 slots are filled by Louisiana State University-Shreveport and Mountain State (W.V.), respectively.

No. 17 Oklahoma Baptist vaults into the Top 25 after sitting out last week. No. 23 Carroll (Mont.), No. 24 Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) and No. 25 Point Loma Nazarene (Calif.) all get the Top 25 recognition this poll after receiving votes in the Feb. 27th edition.

The official announcement of the 32-team field for the 71st  Annual Buffalo Funds-NAIA Division I National Championship will occur late on Tuesday, March 11. The announcement of the official bracket will happen on Wednesday, March 12 by 5 p.m. CST.
