| The championship is a 32-team, single-elimination tournament featuring 16 automatic qualifiers from 11 Division I affiliated conferences, one independent qualifier, and 15 at-large berths. Basketball greats such as John Wooden, John McLendon, Earl "The Pearl" Monroe, Zelmo Beaty, Bevo Francis, Willis Reed, World B Free, and others have graced the hardwood during this tournament. |

*First-Round Wednesday, March 15 with eight games: 9 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 6:15 p.m., 8:45 p.m., and 10:30 p.m. Thursday, March 16 with eight games: 9 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 6:15 p.m., 8 p.m., and 9:45 p.m.
*Second-Round Friday, March 17, with eight games: 9 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 6:15 p.m., 8 p.m., and 9:45 p.m.

SPECIAL EVENTS:
*NAIA Fan Fest - Wednesday, March 15 - Saturday, March 18 - designed with the fan in mind, this action-packed event features interactive games, exhibits and autograph signings.
*Brown Bag Day - Friday, March 17 - A favorite of days gone by, bring your own Brown Bag lunch to Municipal and spend your lunch hour with us.
*DST Systems Youth Day - Saturday, March 18, Noon - Load up the car and bring the kids to Municipal Auditorium for special demonstrations, skills clinic and Champions of Character presentations.
*Chamber Night - Monday, March 20, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. - Rub elbows with professionals from Metro Kansas City at the Municipal Auditorium Exhibition Hall. While you are there, enjoy food, networking and both semifinal games for $12.
* NAIA Championship Tailgate Party - Tuesday, March 21 at 5 p.m. - Who said tailgating was just for football? Join us for a pre-game party, samplings from area restaurants and the tip-off all for $12. |
