KANSAS CITY, Mo. - For the 11th straight poll, No. 1 Sioux Falls (S.D.) is the No. 1 team in the land in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Football Top 25 Coaches' Final Regular Season Poll, announced today (Nov. 11). Heading into the playoffs with a 24-game winning streak, Sioux Falls finished its regular season undefeated for the fifth time in six years.
The Top 5 remains the same from last week - No. 2 Carroll (Mont.), No. 3 Ohio Dominican, No. 4 Bethel (Tenn.) and No. 5 St. Francis (Ind.).
For the 10th straight week, Sioux Falls earned all 17 first-place votes and 425 points. In 11 polls this year (including preseason), Sioux Falls has notched 185 of a possible 187 total first-place votes. USF's streak of 11 straight polls at No. 1 is the longest since Carroll (Mont.) was the No. 1 team in all 11 polls in 2005.
Three teams end the regular season with a perfect record: Sioux Falls (10-0), Carroll (11-0) and Ohio Dominican (11-0).
The poll was voted upon by a 17 member-panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences and independents.

The 2007 NAIA Championship Series will begin Nov. 17 with eight games on the docket. The playoff pairings will be announced later today (Sunday).
