King's Hyman Competes in 100-meter final at the IAAF World Junior Championships

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Freshman Kemar Hyman of King (Tenn.) finished eighth in the 100-meters final at the 2008 IAAF World Junior Championships held in Bydgoszcz, Poland on July 9, 2008.  He crossed the finish line with time of 10.79.

 

Hyman, a native of the Cayman Islands, advanced to the final after finishing third (10.57) in heat-2 of the semifinals on July 8, 2008.

 

Hyman finished second in the 200-meters at the 2008 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships held at Ralph Korte Stadium in Edwardsville, Ill.  He also helped the 4X400 team place fourth.
