KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) ends the regular season ranked No. 1 in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Men's Soccer Top 25 Coaches Poll, announced this afternoon (Nov. 16). The Blue Raiders won the Mid-South Conference Tournament and are now 17-1-1 on the year. Lindsey Wilson receives 19 first-place votes and 529 total points in this week’s poll.
Coming in at No. 2 are the Falcons of Notre Dame (Ohio) who collect 509 total points. Hannibal-LaGrange (Mo.) is No. 3 after receiving 492 total points. Oklahoma City checks in at No. 4 in the poll after collecting 475 total points. Rounding out the Top 5 is Azusa Pacific (Calif.). The Cougars earn 453 total points.
Lambuth (Tenn.) and Baker (Kan.) enter the Top 25 this week after being left out of last week’s poll. Lambuth comes in at No. 19 while Baker is No. 21
The NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship Tournament will begin on Saturday, Nov. 22
