KANSAS CITY, Mo. - California Baptist earned the top spot in the season's first NAIA men's swimming and diving rating. The Lancers, who captured back-to-back national titles in 2006 and 2007, earned 20 total points.
Simon Fraser (B.C.) claimed the second spot in the rating with 16 total points while Cumberlands (Ky.) occupied third with nine points. No. 4 Lindenwood (Mo.) and No. Savannah Art & Design (Ga.) rounded out the top five with seven and four points respectively.
The second rating will be released on Wednesday, Jan. 23.
