KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Malone College (Ohio) earned all seven first place votes to remain No. 1 in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) men's cross country ratings. The Pioneers have garnered all seven first place votes four of the six weeks this season.
Aquinas (Mich.) remained at No. 2 all six weeks and compiled 203 total points. Azusa Pacific (Calif.) earned 196 total points to stay at No. 3 while Cornerstone (Mich.) received 186 total points at No. 4 and Concordia (Calif.) compiled 183 points for the fifth spot to round out the top five.
Embry-Riddle (Fla.) and Dickinson State (N.D.) both took a huge leap in the ratings this week. Embry-Riddle moved up 12 spots from last week to No. 10 while Dickinson State climbed 10 spots from No. 23 to No. 13.
The next regular season Top 25 Poll will be released on Wednesday, Oct. 24.
