Clarke's Rolle Grabs School-Record 26 Rebounds in Season-Opening Setback
Clarke (Iowa) senior Joquetta Rolle grabbed a school-record 26 rebounds Wednesday night in the Crusaders' 76-51 season-opening home loss to Robert Morris (Ill.). Clarke raced to a 10-0 lead and led 30-25 at the break, but the visiting Eagles used a strong second half to come away with the win.

Morningside's Brittany Williamson Goes Over 1,000 Career Points
Morningside (Iowa) Brittany Williamson, a 6-0 senior forward from Ruthven, Iowa, became the 19th women's basketball player in school history to score 1,000 career points during the Mustangs' 79-63 victory against Grand View (Iowa) on Tuesday in the Rosen Verdoorn Sports Center.
