OLATHE, Kan. - Indiana Wesleyan continued its dominance of the NAIA Division II Women's Basketball Top 25, garnering all 17 first-place considerations to stay No. 1 in the ninth rating of the 2006-07 season.

 

Ozarks (Mo.) resumed its spot at No. 2, while Saint Francis (Ind.), Cedarville (Ohio) and William Jewell (Mo.) each moved up a spot to round out the top five. Bethel (Ind.), who was No. 3 last week, fell to No. 6 this week, and Sterling (Kan.) moved up two spots into the No. 7 position. Mount Marty (S.D.) climbed into the Top 10 at No. 8 this week, while Menlo (Calif.) and MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) round out the rating's first ten squads.

 

Only two teams climbed into the rating after being unranked last week, as Dakota State (S.D.) entered the poll at No. 18 and Taylor (Ind.) comes in at No. 22. The poll's biggest jump belongs to Hastings (Neb.), who climbed from No. 21 to No. 16 this week.
