OLATHE, Kan. - Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) center Terran Duncan set a career-high for points with 31 in a 77-73 win over No. 21 Columbia (Mo.), earning her first NAIA Division I Women's Basketball Player of the Week honor with 25.0 points per game and a 5.5 rebounding average.
Duncan also had 19 points in a one-point, 79-78 win over No. 8 Bethel (Ind.), a game in which she also pulled down eight rebounds and hit 8-of-14 from the floor and 3-of-3 from the foul line. Duncan went on to make 10-of-14 from the floor against Columbia to boost her field goal percentage to 64 percent (18-of-28) for the week, while her 11-of-12 outing from the foul line against Columbia helped her finish the week 14-of-15 from the stripe to end at 93 percent.
Duncan also had a steal in the non-conference win over Columbia.
