KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Keishanna Hodges of Lyon (Ark.) has been selected as the NAIA Women's Basketball Division I Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 27, 2008.
Hodges, a freshman forward from Wynne, Ark., averaged 26.0 points and 10.5 rebounds in two road wins for the Pipers. She shot 73 percent from the floor and 80 percent from the free-throw line. Hodges recorded two double-doubles during week with 29 points and 11 rebounds against Blue Mountain College and 23 points and 10 rebounds against No. 4 Freed-Hardeman.
