Lissa Coby of St. Xavier University (Ill.) was selected as NAIA Women's Soccer National Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, October 22, 2006.
Coby, a junior forward from Ingleside, Illinois, helped the Cougars go 2-0 this week. She had 4 goals in a 9-0 win over Calumet College of St. Joseph and she had 1 goal and 4 assists in a 5-1 CCAC Tournament win over Illinois Institute of Technology. She leads the team in goals with 14 and assists (15).
