KANSAS CITY, Mo. - California Baptist is ranked No. 1 in the first NAIA Women’s Swimming and Diving Coaches’ Poll. The Lancers, who won their fourth consecutive national title last season, received three first place votes and 26 total points.
Fresno Pacific (Calif.), Simon Fraser (B.C.) and SCAD (Ga.) all tied at No. 2 with 16 points. Fresno Pacific and Simon Fraser each received one first place vote. Cumberlands (Ky.) rounded out the top-five with six points.
The second poll will be released on Tuesday, January 27.
