KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Auburn University at Montgomery (Ala.) claims the top spot in the first 2008 regular season National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Women's Tennis Top 25 Coaches' Poll, announced today (Feb. 20). The Lady Senator's have their sights set on the schools fifth consecutive NAIA title. AUM 13 first-place votes and 325 total points.
2007 and 2006 national runner-up Fresno Pacific (Calif.) carries the No. 2 ranking followed by No. 3 Lindsey Wilson (Ky.), No. 4 Vanguard (Calif.) and No. 5 Savannah College of Art and Design (Ga.).
