Ligia Zobolli of Lee University (Tenn.), Natalie Magat of Houston Baptist University (Texas), and Esther Jaquez of Southwestern Assemblies of God University (Texas) have been selected as the NAIA Volleyball National Player, Setter and Libero of the Week for the week ending Sunday September 17th, 2006.

Zobolli, a senior outside hitter fro Curitiba, Brazil, broke a school record with 13 aces in a 3 game match vs. Reinhardt College (Ga.) and also recorded a career high 32 digs against Martin Methodist College (Tenn.).

Magat, a freshman setter from, Placerville, California, 223 assists on the week, with an average of 13.12 per game. She also had 14 kills and 18 digs on the week.

Jaquez, a senior libero from Dumas, Texas averaged 24.8 digs per game and posted a pass percentage of 90%. Jaquez also earned 10 aces over the five game weekend, which was capped off with her reaching the 1,000 dig mark in her career at SAGU.
