KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Fresno Pacific (Calif.) received all first place votes for the ninth straight week and remained No. 1 in the Tachikara-NAIA Volleyball Coaches’ Top 25 Poll. The Sunbirds compiled 684 total points.
Biola (Calif.) moved up a spot after knocking off then-No. 2 Concordia (Calif.) last week. The Eagles received 662 total points. Concordia (Calif.) dropped to No. 3 with 640 points. No. 4 Bellevue (Neb.), No. 5 Columbia (Mo.) and No. 7 Georgetown (Ky.) each moved up a spot from last week with 610, 593 and 553 points respectively. No. 6 Azusa Pacific (Calif.) (568 points) climbed three spots after defeating then-No. 4 California Baptist last Saturday. CBU fell to No. 8 with 533 points. Northwestern (Iowa) also moved up this week to No. 9 from No. 11 with 488 points. Madonna (Mich.) slipped three spots from No. 7 to round the top-10 with 481 points.
The tenth regular season top 25 poll will be released on Tuesday, Nov. 11th.
